About this opportunity
The Compliance Organization has group-wide responsibility for two compliance areas: Anti-corruption (compliance with corruption and bribery law) and anti-money laundering (AML) (together, Ethics & Compliance Program or E&C Program).
The Compliance Office within Group Function (GF) Legal Affairs & Compliance develops and maintains Ericsson’s Ethics & Compliance program. The Compliance Office also support compliance teams in the Market Areas, Business Areas, Group Functions, and other operational units, which are responsible for supporting and monitoring the execution of the Ethics & Compliance program in all operating units and legal entities within their countries of responsibility.

What you will do
In close collaboration with the GFGO Leadership Team, principally be responsible for the implementation and effective operation of a strong ethical culture and the E&C Program within GFGO’s daily operations
Act as independent subject matter expert, advisor, and primary point of contact for the Head of GFGO, GFGO’s Leadership Team, and GFGO’s employees on ethics and compliance topics and risks within GFGO’s operations as well as the business processes owned and overseen by GFGO.
Maintain a sound understanding of GFGO’s business activities, GFGO’s accountability and responsibility, as well as laws and regulations relevant for GFGO to ensure that the E&C Program and management of compliance risks are appropriately tailored;
Together with the Monitor Liaison Office, support and advise GFGO on all matters related to the independent compliance monitorship and certification of the E&C Program;
Advise and support other Compliance Office unit heads and subject matter experts in other functions with the design of E&C Program steering documents, training materials, communications, and tools.
Manage not only internal stakeholders (e.g., leaders, compliance network) but also external stakeholders, such as customers and other third parties in relation to compliance demands.


You will bring
High level of integrity with character consistent with Ericsson values of respect, professionalism, and perseverance; must be empathetic and willing to listen.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills as well as fluent in English, second language desirable
Master of Law, Business, Accounting or other university degree suitable for compliance.
Working experience 10 years in financial crime compliance, legal or other relevant field (finance, audit).
Working experience 3 years in line management position.
Experience in antitrust, competition, AML, data privacy or trade compliance is a plus.
Good business knowledge/understanding.
Excellent networking ability and social skills including the ability to handle executive level internal and external contacts.
International experience and cultural awareness.
Independent, goal-oriented and systematic way of working.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.
