This position is the owner of the strategy for Business Applications and the execution to make sure we provide high-quality solutions according to business needs.
The position
This position will be in charge of 6 direct reports in a well functioning cross-functional team. The team is responsible for management and development of HemoCue's Business Applications such as ERP, QMS, BI, and MES which is developing and implementing new techniques, tools and initiatives to enhance business support.
Your responsibility will be to identify and tackle complex, operational, and organizational problems through strategies and tactics to achieve business goals, improve quality and performance.
Who are you
At least 10 years of experience with Business Application management and min 3-5 years of proven track record in delivering multiple business applications solutions and business analysis
Minimum 5 years of management experience or shown leadership personality
Ability to work in a team environment & interact effectively with others by making customer satisfaction and solution quality/integrity high priorities for self and team.
Must be self-motivated, demonstrate a “can-do” attitude and be a "results" driven individual with a positive attitude for timely delivery of agreed-upon solutions.
Possess strong interpersonal, influencing, problem-solving, and time leadership skills
