The essence of the role
Overall responsibility for all areas of credit and accounts receivables including credit control, collections, reconciliations, management and providing related advice, guidance and support in the function area
Manager for the team of Credit Controllers and responsible for coordinating the work within the team
Responsible for design and development of Credit processes and contribute to development of enabling tools/platforms
Identify opportunities for improvement, optimization and automation of process, incl. how the work is split between teams to move towards the target model
Responsible for cross-function alignment with e.g.Billing and sales team, Global Accounting.
Follow up that agreed processes are applied within all parts of the business
In order to contribute in this role you have:
3-5 years of university studies within Finance or similar
10+ years’ experience within Finance function, including experience within Credit
Experience from similar companies/industries
Leadership experience
Who are you?
You possess a broad understanding of finance processes as well as process development and expertise within OTC processes from similar companies/industries.
You have an understanding of how to translate business requirements into efficient and aligned processes and solutions. In addition you have strong interpersonal and leadership skills and experience of remote team management – you are passionate about motivating others.
We believe that you have proven stakeholder management skills and easily navigate through an international landscape and is used to working with people at all levels.
You enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment and you have the ability to live and act in a climate of change. The role requires you to have the ability to work independently and take full ownership of your own work as well as be a team player.¨
