About the job
As the Head of Global Financial Shared Services, you will be responsible for leading the four financial shared service centers located in USA, Poland, India and China. You will ensure that the centers operate efficiently and effectively, following the best practices and standards of accounting, reporting, and compliance. You will also drive the tactical and strategic development of the shared services function, aligning it with the business objectives and customer expectations. The role is pivotal for the Groups harmonization and standardization of financial processes and key success factors will be to extend the scope of supply and the geographical coverage.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
A bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or shared services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams across multiple locations and cultures.
Strong knowledge of financial processes, systems, controls, and regulations.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to influence and align with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Willingness to travel frequently to visit the shared service centers and other business units.

This position can be based in any Alfa Laval site in the world for example Lund, Copenhagen, Krakow, Pune, Richmond or Shanghai.
