As a Head of Global Journey Transformation, you will have the opportunity to:

Work at the forefront of highly visible, prioritised customer and employee journeys that shape the next chapter at Ericsson.
What you will do
Overseeing a dozen initiatives, working closely with stakeholders and project leaders to ensure alignment with company goals
Participating in stakeholder meetings, providing guidance and direction to teams, and ensuring effective communication across the organisation
Managing the budget for GJT initiatives, applying financial acumen to maximise return on investment and managing P&L for the GJT unit/division
Reporting to the Head of GFGO, providing updates on progress, challenges, and successes
Driving execution of GJT initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes while not being directly involved in day-to-day operations
Providing leadership and fostering a high-performance culture within the GJT team
You will bring
Proven experience as an executive leading transformation initiatives within a global organisation, preferably in a senior management role
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L
Demonstrated ability to drive execution and deliver results at a strategic level
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
