As the leader our commercial training team, you’ll be leading the global development and execution of Ascom's commercially-facing training.
Your days will be filled with…
Ensuring the development of highly engaging and effective e-learning and in-class training
Leading the analysis of learning needs in the target groups, including Ascom's staff, partners and customers.
Working closely with the subject matter experts, training functions and regions to develop global training programs.

And you are…
Tertiary qualified in a technical or commercial discipline with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role, leading commercially facing training programs in a global organization. Experience with end-to-end project management is a benefit.
You are an experienced leader with a coaching approach, skilled in building relationships and collaborating with all levels in the organization. As you will be working in a global team, fluency in English is required.
