New Business Area Cloud Software & Services (BCSS) is created to capitalize on the opportunity of the convergence of cloud and services. Solution Area Business & Operations Support Systems (SA BOS) is created to provide a leading Business & Operations Support Systems portfolio with a superior customer experience by aligning architecture, products, services, roadmaps, and commercial structure.
As a member of the SA BOS leadership team, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate a strong ability to manage change, inspire, innovate, drive for efficiency, automation, and digitalization, collaborate, be results oriented, a problem-solver in a highly fast-paced, geographically diverse matrix organization working with the latest technologies of Telecom.
About this opportunity
This role will be a direct report to the Head of Solution Area Business & Operations Support Systems.
What you will do
Establish a strong business development plan and Key Battles per MA.
Secure OB Growth and Book to Bill Ratio >1 with close cooperation with MA’s.
Focus on increasing the Hit Rate and reducing the funnel conversion to OB timeline (long sales cycles).
SA BOS Commercial Guideline Definition and Execution – make sure that Commercial Adherence in place.
Follow-up of the BOS Business Strategy to MA’s and make sure that business plan execution is aligned and in place on MA’s.
Secure the execution of the monetization of the BOS installed base and deliver on the unit OKRs.

Excels in execution: fix roadmap and deliver on commitments, makes prompt, clear decisions which may involve tough choices or considered risks

Agile leadership – ability to effectively change direction and focus of the organization based on business & customer requirements
Enable people - Experience in running large R&D organizations and managing large global diverse matrix organizations.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Minimum Requirements:
University degree in Engineering / ICT
Extensive track record of successfully achieving results in a complex cross functional organization.
Have strong business and commercial acumen, understand the market trends, customer pain-points and needs, positioning of the portfolio towards the customer needs with clear value argumentation.
Experience to engage with C –Suite of the Customers
Strong Experience on building commercial construct for transformation engagements
