Head of Global Services - Indirect Procurement

We are now looking for a new Head of Global Services within Indirect Procurement. Our global team is responsible for all procurement activities of services within areas such as marketing and media, digital, energy, facility services and consultants. What’s in it for you
As Head of Global Services you will lead the organization that consists of one team manager and four global category teams. You will have a global responsibility for the business deliveries within your area and secure the best global strategies and sourcing synergies in close cooperation with the Indirect Procurement team in China and US.

You will guide and develop your section as well as contribute to develop the global Indirect Procurement, Strategy, Processes & Tools organization in total. Close collaboration with your stakeholders is key to drive the business. You will need a good holistic understanding and strategic view to thrive in a global, cross-functional and fast-moving environment.

What you will do
You will provide strategic direction and vision for the organization, and through engaging communication you will inspire a diverse global workforce to commit to do extraordinary things to achieve the organization’s business goals. You will also manage key relationships with both internal stakeholders and suppliers to find ways to increase value and secure our company transformation within for example environmental and social impact, digital transformation and direct to consumer business. You will ensure that global sourcing strategies and best practices for services procurement are developed and actively contribute to the Procurement Transformation journey. 

You and your skills
You have experience from leading and coaching people and teams through continuous feedback and you possess courage to address difficult issues. You have a strong business acumen, drive and ambition with excellent negotiation skills and a strategic mindset and use these skills to drive both long-term strategic direction and short-term operational issues.

We believe that you have analytical, problem-solving and relationship building skills to be able to facilitate and communicate resolution of complex issues with an “everything is possible” mindset. You probably have previous senior leadership experience from Procurement or one of our key stakeholder organizations. 

You also have:

* Experience from Indirect Procurement and especially the area of Services is highly meritorious.
* Knowledge and experience from transformation work within one or more of the areas sustainability, digital and direct to consumer is a must.
A commercial or technical university degree or equivalent experience.
