The challenge
Diet Doctor is looking for world-class talent to rapidly scale their tech and product teams.

Going forward, they need to hire new team members quicker and better than ever before. There’s 60 of them now and they aim to be 500 in a few years. Too ambitious? No, they always reach for the stars and never settle for the status quo. 

The challenge is to build a company that is extremely attractive to work for — one that goes above and beyond to find and recruit world-class talent. Your job would be to lead this effort by building a strong recruitment team, finding ways to make us stand out to top performers, and to be hands-on in tech and product recruitment.

Who you are
Diet Doctor believes that you have worked with tech recruitment for a number of years and you have done a similar hourney before. You know what it takes to successfully build a tech organization and you know what you're good at and what others need to do. Your ability to understand organization and your communication skills are high. Diet Doctor believe in self-leadership in combination with building a strong and open culture where everyone can participate, so you need to share that belief with.

You have:
● a proven track record scaling tech and product teams.

● solid experience in making companies very attractive to applicants.

● a strong background as a tech recruiter.

● the ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured environment.

● excellent written and spoken English skills.

● fun at work (we do!).
