What do we offer?


As our Head of Global Warranty, you are responsible to define and lead Volvo CE warranty strategy and to secure a, from all aspects, competitive warranty policy. You own and manage the global warranty process in close collaboration with internal stakeholder such as Finance, Technology, Sales Regions and you also define and secure adherence to Volvo CE warranty terms and conditions.


As a member of the Uptime, Productivity& Parts leadership team you are a part of driving the development of services globally in line with and supporting the Volvo CE ambition to double the revenue from services until 2030. The team has a global responsibility and is located in Eskilstuna.


Who are you?


In order to develop this important area further, we believe that you see the importance of the warranty area from both commercial, legal, and compliance perspective, but that you also understand the need for development in the warranty areas as we move into new business models such as Equipment as a Service and Digital services. We expect that you want to explore new ways of working, drive continuous improvements and understand the immense opportunities that data analytics and artificial intelligence brings to this area.


We are looking for a person with inspiring and communicative leadership and a customer-oriented mindset. You have proven experience as a leader and you have a personal drive to lead teams and colleagues both in your own organization and cross-functionally.
