We are in the process of expanding the accounting function to match our global ambitions, and are therefore looking for a Head of Group Accounting to lead our brilliant accounting team!

As our Head of Group accounting, you will operate on an international level and play a crucial part in setting up our global accounting team.

What you’ll do 💪
In this role, you will work across the organization and report to the CFO, while leading a small but talented team based in Stockholm. We are looking for an experienced numbers person who wants to set the structure for the function and implement all necessary tools and processes that are needed to take our accounting team to the next level. You will:

- Have the overall responsibility to ensure timely and correct consolidated figures according to K3 (today) for the Group on a monthly basis.

- Own and drive the transition to IFRS during the next 1-2 years

- Be responsible for intercompany reconciliation

- Implement, develop and improve financial processes, routines and internal controls to ensure compliance with applicable accounting rules for each legal entity as well as for the Group

- Take ownership of the quarterly and annual reports, as well as the external audit process

- Lead the accounting team - coach and develop the existing team while insourcing the additional countries and possibly extend the team as a result

- Be responsible for accounting processes and systems (for example, ERP, consolidation, approval systems)

- Execute and further develop the transfer pricing policy









Our humble expectations
We would love if you have

- A Master’s degree in finance and business administration, at least 5 years of experience working in multinational business with group accounting.

- Experience from listed companies and/or VC-companies is a merit

- An audit background from Big 4

- Experience of IFRS-reporting

- Strong analytical skills with hands-on approach

- Experience as superuser in finance & accounting systems is a merit
