Now we are looking to recruit the person who will establish and continually improve the overall accounting for the entire Icomera group. This role also comprises reporting to management, owners and authorities as well as providing advice to the business.

Main tasks
Establishing and continuously improving all existing and future inhouse accounting processes, creating a well-functioning financial environment, such as:
• Defining company standards based on input from internal/external stakeholders
• Securing accurate manuals of systems
• Securing adequate training of current and new employees
• Securing that all regions implement new accounting standards
• Securing that external accounting suppliers understand and comply with company standards
The role also includes coordinating the annual reporting process, developing and establishing of financial processes, developing and establishing of inter-company group reporting routines, as well as driving efficiency improvement of processes through digitalisation. You will manage the Accounting function, securing concistency in work and competence of people, processes and systems. Further, you will support the CFO in communicating with stakeholders and proactively communicate with internal stakeholders, as needed to ensure compliance and efficiency. We expect you to have a will to continually improve, in order to meet future requirements and secure competence within the organization.
Qualifications, experience and competencies
This role requires strong leadership, an analytical mindset and you are focused and secure enough to make tough choices when needed. Further, you have good supervising skills, possess a strong sense of initiative and responsibility, providing colleagues and staff with direction, motivation and empowerment. You encourage diversity and build strong teams of responsible and committed people that drive business according to company policies, ethic principals and goals. To be successful in this role you need solid expertise that ensure efficient and compliant accounting processes and you share this with your colleagues and staff. You need to be organized and goal oriented, efficient, adaptive and proactive in your work. Other important qualities to fit the role are your ability to comply with instructions, policies and regulations and a strong commitment to the organization and our values.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar
• 10 + years of experience within international accounting
• Experience from group accounting
• Knowledge in IFRS including project accounting
• Experience in SAP is preferable
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Swedish
