Head of Group Accounting - Recipharm

As Head of Group Accounting, you will be a senior finance professional within a large international group with approximately 30 manufacturing sites and 80 legal entities. You will build, coach and set the path forward for the newly formed team of six people. In addition to being responsible for consolidation and reporting, you will also work closely with the CFO and group management on strategic issues such as acquisitions, re-organizations, the group´s legal structure, profitability, and cash management. You will also be responsible for external relationships with group auditors.

You will report to the Head of Group Finance, and your role is expected to be acting deputy. You will join a large company but a small tight and friendly finance team that likes to brainstorm together to find the best solutions. The team celebrates successes together at the relaxed and friendly office on Vasagatan. Breakfast is served every morning and the possibility of hybrid work is available. Examples of areas of responsibility:

• Month and year end Closing & Consolidation
• Statutory reporting
• M&A and Onboarding, IFRS conversion
• Responsibility for group consolidation system (OCRA)
• Consolidation of Forecast and Budget

Who you are

We are looking for you who are confident in your competence and like to get things done and to translate challenges into solutions. You deal with complex matters in a logical, fact based and structured manner. You are comfortable with senior management exposure and communicate arguments and standpoints. Your profile includes:An academic degree within FinanceExperience from one of the major audit firms, operational group accounting and staff responsibilityExcellent knowledge in English, both written & verbal
