Head of Group Accounting to Gunnebo Group, Gothenburg

Gunnebo Group is looking for a Head of Group Accounting with overall responsibility for all Group Accounting including consolidation and related processes.

As a Head of Group Accounting, you are expert authority and have a formal staff responsibility for 4 persons within both Group Accounting and the Swedish Parent Company. You are a coaching leader for the team at the same time as you work operationally with the group accounting. In close cooperation with our Controllers, you equip the Gunnebo Group for the future by pursuing change work and developing and establishing routines and processes for your areas of responsibility.

You will be based at the Group head office in Gothenburg and will report to the CFO.

Responsibilities and duties:

Accounting, reporting and consolidation of the Gunnebo Group including financial analysis

• Group annual report and quarterly reports
• IFRS standard related questions, including implementation of new standards and new business models
• Accounting Instructions and support to subsidiaries in the Group
• External audit coordination Financial audit and internal control
• Contact with external auditors
• Participate in the Groups Audit Committee

We are looking for you who have a Master of Science in Business Administration and several years of experience from financial control and group accounting, preferably from an international
listed company. We believe that you have previously had a leading role as manager or team leader.

You are passionate about accounting and a role where you get to work operationally and where you also have a strategic perspective about accounting, while being a coaching and decision-making leader. You have the ability to see areas of development and through your prestigious way together with your group achieve set goals. Furthermore, you are structured, can prioritize and deliver an end result.
