Ericsson’s Group Sales organization works to enable a best-in-class customer experience and a global, future-ready sales workforce and evolves the buying journey for both our customers and our employees.
Group Sales is now looking for a business-oriented professional with passion for customer experience to tackle the role as Head of Group Customer Experience. Main responsibilities are to build and drive Customer Experience insights and Customer Experience best-practices to actions throughout Ericsson.
To succeed, the right candidate must have a strong leadership track-record, deep understanding of, and experience from, both customer- and employee journeys and from building positive relationships across the business.
This position reports to the Head of Group Sales.
What you will do
Operationalize customer experience at Ericsson
Develop Customer Experience Insights based on research and customer surveys
Establish a Customer Experience Management Framework based on best practices within Ericsson
You will bring
10+ years’ experience from sales and/or customer experience in Telecom or equivalent b2b industry
Experience from driving customer journey improvements
Ability to establish immediate credibility with stakeholders, build consensus, and achieve goals through influence
Outstanding interpersonal, communication skills and ability to build networks
A University degree (MSc or BSc) or equivalent
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
