Group Data and Analytics is a function with the aim to craft and execute our Analytics and Data strategy, vision and to secure multi-functional execution for Ericsson to transform into an Intelligent enterprise. Analytics and Data is a key theme for Ericsson to become data driven, and we continue to build up outstanding competence in this area to increase performance, deliver outstanding intelligence and to ensure secure and scalable development, and deployment including Data Services. One significant component of this delivery is to enable Self Service access to the Data & Analytics offerings, whereas we help other units to become data driven through multiple tools and methodologies via a Self-Service portal.

Analytics and Data are the next steps of any digital transformation journey and key pillar in the Ericsson Group Strategy. We are looking for you that is up to this outstanding challenge to continue lead this crossing to lead the team.
As Head of Data Analytics you collaborate with the CIO (Head of Group IT) and is a member of the IT Leadership Team.
The purpose of the organization is to deliver groundbreaking analytics and data platforms and solutions across Ericsson and to deliver expertise in business-motivated digital initiatives.
In Data and Analytics we are building groundbreaking greater intelligence at Ericsson by:
Delivering groundbreaking data applications to decrease costs, improve efficiency and deliver predictive insights
Delivering of analytics platforms to be used by both Group IT and the rest of Ericsson, including financial and quality performance
Enabling the organization to become more data-directed and use data to unlock value through enabling AI
Delivering groundbreaking analytic solutions being used by the Ericsson business
Build up of an in-house competence pool of analytic technologies, which includes hiring of new employees both from the external and internal market, but also re-skilling of existing DT&IT employees.
We at The Data Analytic organization have around 150 HC based mainly in Sweden, India and USA.
Qualifications
Competence and Experience:
Outstanding Expertise in the data analytics area
Evident record of accomplishment in delivering true business results and from driving groundbreaking initiatives
Experience from interacting with Executives in large global companies
Experience from building up new organizations across multiple locations
Leadership experience, especially leading cross-country units and teams with groundbreaking technology specialists
Able to get results by handling virtual organization and by using liquid workforce from both other units within Group IT, Ericsson and external partners
Outstanding teammate in order to support the major transformation the team will be responsible for
Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication capabilities.
Attract and retain key proficiencies to grow the data and analytics area in Ericsson
Engage with business partners to drive data, self-service adoption and value realization
Knowing of how to handle scaling of data and analytics
Understanding of how to operate innovation and building new capabilities
