What you’ll do
You will lead a team of 25+ employees enabling digitalization of Group Functions. The organization is about to transform into an agile, product-based organization. Your team will consist of teams collaborating with the group functions to outline the output and backlog for each team and you will have resources in integration, development, sourcing, contract management and controlling. Most of the applications used are SaaS and the level of customizations needed are often low which enables us to stick to standard. However, there are needs to develop integrations for seamless flow of data and analytics solutions.
In your role as Head of Group Functions IT you will be responsible for:
Leading a team of Business Partners working with each Group Function and a team of Developers, Sourcing Specialists and Architects to implement and adopt the solutions.
Leading the Group Function IT support functions (controlling, HR, sourcing, etc) where some sit in your line organization and some are shared with other Group IT teams
Driving the agile transformation for the organization to achieve a more direct cross functional collaboration with the Group Functions with less coordination need
Driving efficiency work (package and offshore relevant services and work with continuous improvements)
Assuring trust and collaboration in the work with the Group Functions

As head of Group Functions IT you will report to the Sandvik Group CIO.
Where you’ll work
We would prefer to see you seated in Stockholm or Sandviken as it includes some presence at both sites, although other international locations could be considered for the right candidate.

You have experience in software development, sourcing and implementation of standard software
You are familiar with agile WoW
You have preferably experience in working with business processes within HR, Finance, Communication or Legal
