About the job
The role as head of internal audit provides exposure to the entire breadth and depth of the Group´s activities. This role requires an individual very well versed in finance, corporate governance with good business understanding and managerial experience in an international context.
About the job: The position as Head of Group Internal Audit means being overall responsible for internal audit within the Alfa Laval Group. This includes planning, preparation, performance of individual audits reporting to Group Management and the Board Audit Committee. The role involves management of internal resources as well as outsourced support.
Who are we looking for?The applicants are expected to have an educational background including a degree in finance and administration and / or extensive experience in a general management role. The role requires a very good understanding and interest in matters such as corporate governance in general and matters such as internal control more specifically. A good understanding of business logics and well optimised business processes are other important elements in order to be succesful in this role. Finally, international experience is very important in order to be able to execute this position in an efficent manner.
The position is based in Lund and will involve extensive travelling.
