The Group has 300+ employees across offices in Paris, London, Stockholm, Oslo and Seoul with over 50 nationalities represented and had a total turnover exceeding 1.1 billion SEK in 2019. The company is currently owned by private and financial investors that include Linn & Marcus Tagesson, Susanna Campbell and Christina Stenbeck, along with Verdane Capital and GIMV.

THE ROLE

The new Head of Growth will play a vital part of the Group’s growth in the coming years. Working closely with the commercial leadership team, your focus will be on developing key markets and sales channels to grow sales and customer lifetime value (CLV) on existing customers and drive sales on new customers by acquiring new high-value cohorts in selected segments and markets. The Head of Growth will build, develop and lead teams within traffic acquisition, store optimization and customer loyalty and experience across all digital channels.

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial value-driven self-starter and a seasoned leader who enjoys leading specialist teams. Having a broad commercial understanding, being a natural relationship builder and above all being a hands-on doer will be key to be successful in this role.

THE CANDIDATE

Major professional experiences & competencies

• Profound e-commerce experience, preferably in an online multi-brand retailer setting. Understanding and experience of working with a brand(s) and associated sales drivers.
• Natural leadership skills and down-to-earth values. Experienced leader of highly skilled specialists.
• Deep experience from Paid marketing.
• Site optimisation experience through A/B testing.
• Sophisticated communication & presentation skills, able to understand and appreciate diversity and nuance and adapt style accordingly

Education and specific skills

• Strong academic credentials
• Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language, both written and spoken

Personal characteristics

• An entrepreneurial attitude - action oriented and naturally curious about testing and implementing new initiatives
• High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities
• Ability to establish credibility and be decisive — but be able to recognize and support the organization's preferences and priorities
• Thrives in fast-paced e-commerce or tech start-up environment and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities
