We are now hiring for a Head of Growth who will help unlock new business opportunities across the globe
About the role:
In this position, you will independently drive Valtech RADON’s new business operations. Your main targets and objectives will be to grow the new business revenue, improve the new business win rate and increase the deal size of year 1 clients.
Even though your main responsibility is for Valtech RADON, you will also work together with Valtech Nordics’ Head of Growth and their team, and thus play an integral part in driving new business growth across the Nordic sub-region for Valtech, through representing Valtech RADON in integrated deals.
You will report to the Managing Director, Valtech RADON, and in some matters to the Growth Lead, Sub-Region Nordic within Valtech. In this role, you don’t have any direct reports.
What you will be doing:
• Identify opportunities for prospecting and ensure that top-of-funnel happens at a desired level
• Lead marketing comms activities
• Lead business development activities: leading pitches, proposals, client meetings and presentations, along with establishing a learning environment to improve such activities
• Be Valtech RADON’s representative in new business opportunities on a Nordic, European and global level
• Provide sparring and input to the Managing Director and Head of Account Management about market segments, opportunities etc.
• Lead and drive the new business sales pipeline in Valtech RADON, and uphold accurate reporting in Salesforce for all new business opportunities across the end-to-end funnel
Your profile:
What we are looking for in a Head of Growth is not just someone good at pitching & responding to RFPs, but a growth leader who enjoys hunting down and creating new business opportunities. You do not have to be a Head of Growth already, but it is important that:
• You hold 5-10 years of working experience in similar roles, with strong industry knowledge and business acumen, understanding creativity, media and production as well as client needs from a business and sales point of view
• You are a strong relationship builder and an excellent pitcher (in Swedish and English)
• You have a broad network, together with experience from working in matrix organizations and cross-borders and a proven track record of engaging with C-level Executives in global organizations.
• You are a confident people-person with strong project management and organizational skills, having the ability to balance multiple priorities to deliver successful outcomes.
• You hold a growth mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices and know how to captivate an audience and produce compelling pitch decks and clear commercial proposals.
