Head of GTO Transformation Hub

The Global Technology Organization (GTO) will establish a Transformation Hub within the Strategy & Transformation team, to drive transformation initiatives, enabling and supporting the overall organizational transformation of GTO.
Key Responsibilities
WHAT
• Lead the GTO Transformation Hub and the overall GTO Transformation program to deliver on the objectives of the GTO strategy
• Contribute to defining the GTO transformation strategy and vision
• Contribute with strategy & transformation support in key XPL opportunity areas from identification to roll-out
• Design and manage the governance of transformation initiatives with focus to enhance community building, communication, collaboration and organizational transformation
• Manage the preparation, review and reporting of transformation initiatives project progress reporting to the Transformation Steering Committee and GTO MT
• Drive program and project management for initiatives developing transformation initiatives, assembling cross functional resourcing, engaging with GTO internal stakeholders as well as Electrolux support functions such as e.g. HR, IT, etc
• Develop and share a portfolio of best practices and tools for how to drive Transformational initiatives related to e.g., collaboration, community both within GTO as well as within the larger R&D Community
HOW
• Act as the hub for GTO transformation initiatives, spur engagement and energy in GTO teams to create critical mass needed to drive change
• Act as the point of coordination for transformation initiatives for supporting functions like IT, HR, etc
• Work with the GTO MT to further define and scope the details behind the transformation strategy to enable successful implementation
• Support activities enabling informed decision-making at a senior management level
• Work across functions to facilitate and coordinate the rollout of transformation initiatives
• Connecting people to, and increasing visibility of, strategy. Further facilitate and encourage Teamship by setting up forums to drive collaboration and team goals
• Assist Group Technology leadership team in strategic communications
• Provide direction to the Transformation Hub team as well as assigned project teams within the respective project to enable timely delivery against agreed milestones
• Build credible partnerships across functions and internal stakeholders.
• Bring in external best practices for how to successfully drive transformation to improve our internal capability and prioritization
Minimum requirement:
10 years experience working in relevant field
Relevant higher education
Experience in leading transformation and project management
Fluent English
