SeenThis is now looking to hire a Head of HR, to ensure we can keep fueling our international expansion and rapid growth without losing ourselves along the way.

The responsibility will include putting processes in place for employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management and employer branding. In addition, you will be responsible for clarifying and maintaining our culture and company values. As Head of HR, you are also an important part of the management team.

About SeenThis
SeenThis provides adaptive streaming technology to advertisers, publicists and media agencies. The technology is ground-breaking in performance and quality and the company has been very successful serving all major players on the market.

SeenThis has doubled in size in the last 6 months and is expected to continue to grow at a very fast pace over the coming years. The company was founded in 2017 in Stockholm, and now has local offices in Oslo, London, New York, Singapore and Sydney that serve over 1,000 customers. SeenThis currently has about 90 employees.

SeenThis is in an intensive growth phase and is expected to grow strongly also in the future as they intend to double the number of employees in a short time. The company is also facing an exciting shift in creating a more sustainable society through their unique technology that could affect branding, vision, packaging of products, strategy, financial plans, etc. Structure needs to be in place to be able to scale up the company at the desired pace. There is currently an initiative set out to further define the meaning of the company culture and values as well as creating a common culture in all countries.

About the role
In this role, you will be a champion of SeenThis’ culture and values. You will lend your strategical, tactical and operational expertise to the team on all people-related matters. You will build programs, processes, and policies - and you need to have a solid foundation of success in doing just that.

Needless to say, you are a true ‘people person’ with an intense passion for supporting great teams and helping the company thrive. You go that extra mile to make sure that everyone in the organization is happy and productive - the company’s success is your success.

The role will be a part of the management team and work closely with the CEO as well as our country managers around the world. You will be based in Stockholm, but will support employees and managers worldwide.

Responsibilities
- Through strategic HR, talent and culture management and development, contribute in reaching overall company goals
- Own and drive the people agenda in the company
- Create and drive various HR initiatives such as culture work, leadership framework, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion and performance management
- Help our leaders build a scalable organization that can double in size
- Take the employee experience to the next level, ensuring that every employee has a great journey with the company
- Drive and strengthen the company culture
- Develop processes for Comp & Ben and mobility
- Lead the internal Talent Acquisition team to attract, onboard, develop and retain the best people
- Help optimize our recruitment process, especially for Commercial roles

Key requirements

- At least 5 years of successful, innovative and value driven HR experience
- People & Culture experience from a global context
- Experience in driving change and building culture with an agile ‘fail fast and fail forward’ attitude


And a big extra plus if you also have:

- Experience from working in a growing tech company
- Experience of supporting a large commercial organization spread out over many different countries
- Experience in labor law


Competences/ personal characteristics

- You’re a self-starter with high energy who independently drives your work forward and is able to create engagement
- You easily gain trust at all levels and have excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- You have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, that really reaches out with impact on the receiving end
- You thrive in a fast-paced industry and champion positive change
- You have an interest in business and understand what is important to create and maintain growth
- You are confident and have the ability to challenge our current ways of working, by presenting better alternatives
