Head of HR

As the Head of HR, you will lead the HR work in the Division, aligning people planning with business strategy and securing a strong employee experience.




KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, create and execute HR strategies to meet all requirements while achieving divisional and personal goals and employee satisfaction
Collaborate closely with divisional and corporate management to ensure consistent alignment
Support talent management, manage performance and people development programs
Assist with employee relations
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
Analyze HR metrics


The position is located at our HQ in Stockholm (Täby) and reports to the Senior VP High Flex Division.







QUALIFICATIONS

HR professional with broad experience of People advisory and support within people and/ or organizational areas
Excellent communication skills – English verbal and written
Experience from organizational development and change management
Experience working in a matrix organization in a global setting (advantage)
Thrives working both strategically and hands-on
