Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
Scania is on a transformation journey when it comes to our digital solutions for HR. HR IT Process Development and System Support is a part of Corporate HR at Scania and is an integral part of driving transformation of our IT landscape.
As head of the department, you will be responsible for
• Scania’s HR IT Strategy and execution of the strategy
• HR’s Digital Portfolio and projects on both local (Sweden) and global level
• Maintenance and System support for HR solutions
• Ensuring that prioritization from the business are met
• Enabling HR to leverage our data and digital solutions to meet business needs
You will lead an experienced leadership team with three group managers and the digital officer for HR. Working closely together with Scania IT and our suppliers, you will create more agile and smarter ways of working to ensure that the IT delivery for HR is efficient and provides business value.
Experiences & competencies
• Experience of leadership roles in large organisations
• Experience of HR processes and solutions
• People skills and ability to build relationships to drive change
• Strong leadership skills and strategic mindset
• Excellent organizational skills, including effective prioritization and risk management
• University level degree within IT or similar
