About the job
Your mission is to lead our brand-new HR Operational Excellence function driving business performance of HR and supporting business units with expertise in key areas. You provide HR support in mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, driving HR integration processes and HCM system implementation with the acquired companies. Acting as a link between IT and HR at the business area segment level, you play a key role in enabling HR digitalization and compliance by maximizing the potential use of our HCM system Workday. You monitor and follow up on the decentralized HR delivery model in the main countries for SMF, including agreed strategic HR projects at the business area segment level. Responsible for our yearly People Strategy process, you follow up on the People Scorecard metrics and drive continuous improvements for efficiency in processes and governance. You collaborate closely with the SMF HR management team and business units to meet changing business needs.
You report to and act in close collaboration with the SMF Vice President & Head of Human Resources, and you’re a valued member of the SMF HR Management team. The location for this position is globally flexible, preferably in Sweden or US. Travel will be a natural part of your job and efficient digital collaboration across time zones.
About you
We’re looking for someone with a degree in Business and minimum 5 years’ experience as an HR Professional or Project Manager with a clear business focus. You thrive working with different systems and applications and are used to daily work in an HR Information System, ideally Workday. Experience with SAP BI or Power BI is valuable. We expect interest in new digital solutions and advanced knowledge of Office 365 as a natural tool for digital collaboration. As we act in a global setting, you must be fluent in English, verbally and in writing.
