What you will be a part of
Business Unit Avionics Systems develops and manufactures qualified systems and equipment (electronics, mechanics and software) for demanding applications in aircraft and helicopters. Many of these products are developed in collaboration with other parts of Saab or external customers and partners. Most of our projects are carried out in an international environment and we supply products for two of the world’s largest aircraft manufacturers, Airbus and Boeing.
The Business Unit have its operation in Jönköping and Järfälla.

Your role
A professional and business oriented HR-work is essential to be able to attract, recruit and develop the right talents to support our business plan. As Head of Human Resources you will be responsible for both operational and strategic human resources work within the Business Unit. Your main task will be to initiate and drive HR programs/initiatives within the organisation, such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Diversity Management, Employee Relations, Change Management, Performance & Talent Management, Organisational Development and Occupational Health & Safety. Administrative support will be available.
You will be a member, and work closely togther with the Business Units Management Team.
You will report to the Vice President of Avionics Systems.
 

Your skills and experience
To be sucessful in this role you are result oriented and business minded. You have a University degree within the Human Resources field or equivalent and solid experience of broad, qualified HR work, preferably from an international matrix organisation. You are used to assume responsibility and to work proactively. This position requires a trustworthy candidate with high integrity and a flexible mind.You have experience from working in a consultative manner and have good language skills in written an spoken English and Swedish.
