British International School of Stockholm has had a continued expansion and now wishes to strengthen our Administration by employing a qualified, enthusiastic and dedicated HR Manager.
The Head of Human Resources is a member of the School Leadership Team (SLT) and reports to the School Principal. They are expected to lead and provide expertise and strategy for all HR activities in the school.
The successful candidates will have:
· Previous proven experience within HR
· Worked in a multinational organisation and are comfortable navigating that environment
· Have a bachelor’s degree in HR
· Have proven success from managing a workforce of +100 employees
In addition, applicants should:
· Have previous experience working in a school environment
· Speak and write fluent Swedish and English
