Head of HV & BM System

Come and join us at CEVT as head of the passionate BMS team in the Battery & HV electronics department. The group consists of 7 people and the team’s main responsibility is the battery SW (BMS), Battery ECU, and the complete high voltage system.

As Head of HV & BM System team you will lead the team in implementation of business goals and translating strategies into department policy, defining and driving that new Innovative ideas get implemented in future Batteries and HV-Systems. You will be a member of Battery & HV Electronic management team. You might become Scrum Master of an agile team pending on previous experiences. The daily work will be everything from managing employee related tasks to budget and project issues.

While we are in development of a new BEV Platform we expect out of the box thinking, driving ideas to serial production and be active and open to communicate X-department and X-Platform in an Global environment. There will be close collaboration with our colleagues in China and CEVT is playing a leading role to develop Innovations and New Technologies to bring BEV vehicles to the global market. You will be based at our office in Lindholmen, but occasionally you would go on expeditions and travel abroad.

Required qualifications and attributes

- More than five years of experience from managerial positions in electric drive and/or Battery/HV-Systems
- More than five years of experience from development of SW and/or HW (ECU)
- MSc Physical/Electronic/Software or equivalent
- Fluent English in speech and writing
- Driving license B, according to Swedish standards
- Merit: Experience from development of HV Batteries
- Merit: Agile way of working, e.g. Scrum or Kanban
- Team player with strong people skills
- Analytic, structured and strategic
