Head of ICT

We are looking for a development-oriented, proactive, and curious Head of ICT to maintain and develop our IT landscape built on top of Microsoft enterprise solutions and for managing Enfo’s internal ICT services towards Enfo’s personnel. This role is for a person who wants to roll up their sleeves to drive change in harmonizing Enfo’s system landscape and contributing also to our ongoing ERP implementation.

What this role is all about?

You would be responsible for Enfo’s internal ICT services towards Enfo’s personnel, and leading Enfo’s internal ICT. You would be the team lead for ICT, leading 2 self-directive team members and several committed experts in other Enfo-teams contributing to Group ICT services.

Enfo is relying heavily on Microsoft products and Microsoft is one of Enfo’s most important partners. Enfo’s ICT strategy is to consolidate our system landscape, and our ERP -project is a core part of the harmonization. Our ICT strategy, in general, is to favor SaaS and Cloud -services with standard solutions. In this role, you will report to our CFO and you can be located either in Gothenburg, Stockholm, or Espoo.

The Head of ICT is responsible for:

- ICT investments and costs, including forecasting
- Enfo’s ICT strategy and execution
- managing Enfo’s internal end-user services (workstations, phones, service desk, etc) and functionality including development
- maintaining and developing Enfo’s enterprise architecture
- managing all vendors and contracts related to internal ICT
- Enfo’s internal cyber security


To be successful in this role we believe you have

- excellent written and spoken English skills
- strong communication and networking skills
- ability to be self-driven, and to work independently and proactively
- willingness to develop yourself and your team
- skills for both strategic and hands-on work


Our ideal candidates will have good technical knowledge and roughly 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure design and migrations, M365 services, and cloud solutions. They have practical knowledge of cyber security and an understanding of how end-user services are being delivered. They have been involved in creating and implementing ICT strategy, including ICT cost management.
