Would you like to lead a team of highly skilled IT Security Specialists in their ambition to strengthen the Identity Acess Management (IAM) area of the bank?
We are now looking for an engaging Leader with a passion for IT Security. You will manage a team of IT Analysts, SMEs and Product Owners in Identity Access Management (IAM). This is an opportunity for you to lead a team of dedicated people eager to support IAM’s mission to Protect the Bank: De-risked, Compliant, Secure & Protected.
About this opportunity
Welcome to the Identity Access Management (IAM) Design team working with design and requirements. We add value by creating roadmaps and eliciting and reviewing requirements for tasks, features and processes. As a Leader of the team, you’ll play a valuable role in developing and coaching your direct reports to act as the intersection point between business or technology demands towards IAM.
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead a global team consisting of 12 team members
* Be the application owner for 9 of IAM’s applications
* Have an ongoing dialogue with your team and stakeholders
* Ensure that product development is in line with overall goals and the needs of stakeholders
* Ensuring alignment with standards and lead the way for solutions by collaborating with development teams
* Drive improvements and contribute to the IAM strategy for the future
You’ll join a team who are passionate about IT Security and compliance - especially delivery of high-quality Identity and Access Management solutions. You will get the chance to help us strengthen this area.
The role can be based in Stockholm, Helsinki or Copenhagen.

Your experience and background:
* Leadership experience with proven trackrecord of team development
* Documented ability to work and lead cross-border with different cultures
* Experience in Product owner or stakeholder management role
* Experience in IT or business analysis
* Previous experience working with Agile methodology and SAFe is nice to have
* Fluency in English is a must
* Your educational background is master’s or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
