As Head of Industrialization you will lead the, currently under revision, Industrialization organization as part of the Engineering department. You will lead and develop the organization towards our business short- and long term objectives, in close co-operation within the Engineering department, other departments of the BU Aerospace Systems, as well as other BU:s and departments within the Saab Aeronautics business area. You are a team-player who actively contribute in the Engineering Management Team. You will report to the Head of Engineering.

We develop, industrialize and manufacture aircraft structures for the civilian and military markets. Aerospace systems is responsible for the development, industrialization, manufacturing and technical support of flying structures, including systems for the business unit's external customers such as Airbus, Boeing and RUAG. The Business Unit is responsible for the partnership, execution and further development of the Boeing-Saab T-7A trainer.

Industrialization as a topic covers a wide area of responsibilities of which some are part of the own organization, but some rather demand a well-established relation with responsible parts of Aeronautics.

You have respect and understanding for the company's proud history within aerospace engineering, and also understand the need for continuous change and development.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
