The company
Alva Labs is a Stockholm-based SaaS company that offers a solution that is helping global companies grow their team in a scientific way. Alva has created a unique candidate assessment platform that helps companies build their organisations with the right people in the right place. By combining state-of-the-art psychometrics, data science, and an obsession with candidate experience, it provides the needed tool for data-driven talent acquisition.

We are growing 2-3x per year and are in the exciting phase to launch Alva in new markets. Current focus is on building great product, enable Product-Lead-Growth and release our next big bets.

The role
You will be responsible for how Alva works with information security. That will mean improving ways of working, documentation, training, you name it. Down the line, we see this growing into a larger team, but for now, it will be you. You will:

- work closely with our CTO and Head of Engineering on Alva’s information security vision and roadmap.

- work closely with our Head of Legal, ensuring smooth processes for purchasing and sales.

- be responsible for processes, risk management, vulnerability management, governance, and compliance.

- You will be part of the sales process for larger customers, helping out the sales team with both IT-security questionnaires and information security education.



Together with the engineering team, you will find a way for us to build the best possible system with high security standards!

You
You have worked with information security before, perhaps ready to now take the step in your career and be the one in charge? You are comfortable working with IT and IT security, ideally from cloud solutions. Most importantly, you are:

- A structured and orderly person

- An initiative-taker that finds the things that will move the needle today, as well as always thinking long-term

- A supportive team-player



The internal language is English, so no need to speak Swedish.
