In brief

We are looking for a new star to join the IT Operations management team as Head of IT Infrastructure. Your missions is, to continue creating bridges with in the Tech organization to enable smooth teamwork and technical processes. We believe that the primary objective of the leader is to create an enabling environments where ideas and innovation can thrive and thereby our team can succeed.

Your main focus will be to ensure Nordnets on-prem infrastructure is in top shape and in-line with Nordnets overarching strategy and priorities. You will work closely with your fellow managers within the Tech organization, and continuously drive improvements both on a technical and process level. We operate on a modern and efficient platform that we invest in continuously.

This is you

- You like to communicate and you have a true interest in building relations and creating results through your team
- With a naturally embedded risk awareness in your daily decision-making, you push for improvements at the same time as you withhold a high level of system availability.
- You are committed as a person so a high tempo is something that suits you very well. With your leadership skills, you continuously work for having a happy high performing team
- Being an engaged leader you continuously inspire and lead by example
- Experience from the financial industry and all the regulations associated with it is meritorious
- You have in previous roles had budget responsibility
- At least a BSc degree or similar in relevant field
- Fluent language skills in English and Swedish


As Head of Infrastructure, you have a lot of internal customers, all with needs and questions you will need to assess and respond to. This requires you to be a team player and have a problem-solving approach. With Nordnets ongoing cloud journey, you will work closely with the teams operating the cloud platform and together identify synergies and ways of working.
