A Service oriented Manager to develop our international operations in close cooperation with our customers.
Your role
As head of Integrated Logistic Support You will lead our expanding international ILS team, ensuring our customers operates with optimal life cycle availability on Saab special mission aircraft products. The position is based in Linköping or in Arboga, Sweden.
The main tasks:
- Leading an organization with ILS Managers, Project Managers and Bid Managers staff
- Develop our ILS ability to manage business development, complex program execution and product development
- Secure effective interaction and collaboration between involved organizations within Saab
- Competence development and resource planning

You have experience in large projects preferably also within the ILS-area.
What you will be part of
Support and Services, a Business area within Saab, delivers services and integrated support solutions for cost effective support of systems and platforms during the complete life cycle.
Airborne ISR, one of the Business Units within Support and Services, is now in an intensive phase with several ongoing delivery projects and marketing activities for future business. We delivers Airborne Surveillance Aircraft with a life cycle perspective.
Our business aims to establish and support the customer capability to operate and maintain systems like Global Eye.
