As Head of Integrations & Content development Nordics at Benify you get the opportunity to work in an international environment in a globally expanding product company and lead a crucial part of our Professional Services organization.
The role as Head of Integrations & Content development Nordics
Your mission will be to set the strategic direction for our integration and content functions, consisting of 15 integration and content specialists which you will have line management responsibility for. The function members work in agile cross-functional squads in their daily deliveries, both to implement new clients as well as developing existing ones. The Integration specialists are responsible for, among other things, file transfer/SFTP and API integrations, SSO as well as building client solutions/functionality using Java. The Content Developers are experts on Benify´s system functionality and build content and functionality to our clients’ portals, i.e. benefits where our users can register for the company Christmas party, order a gym membership, enroll into an insurance or salary exchange to their pension.
You will develop the competence, ways of working and create a foundation where employees can thrive, grow and have the support needed to succeed with efficient delivery in the squads and a mindset to continuously improve, develop and implement standards, processes and routines within the area.
You’ll also be responsible for:
• Hiring the right people and coordinate onboarding according to business/delivery needs
• Ensuring your function have the right knowledge and competence to perform in their squads, and that it is shared between function members
• Ensuring individuals in the function understands the expectations on their role, have individual objectives
• Continuous performance management, wage-setting and annual salary review
• Manage client escalations and attend client calls and meetings as needed
• Internal and external stakeholders contact to build and maintain outstanding relationships and promote advocacy

You will report to Director of Professional Services Nordics and be part of the PS Nordics management team. You will collaborate with other function leaders in Project Management and Configuration, to develop the Professional Services organization and ensure alignment between squads and successful client deliveries. You will also collaborate with peers in R&D and give input to the product development roadmap.

We are looking for a leader with a great skill set in leading specialists in matrix organization and efficiently turn strategy into actions and deliveries. Planning and prioritizing the right things to focus on when the workload and tempo increases comes naturally to you. As a leader you are a great cultural role model and can create an environment that is positive and inspiring, and you have a great interest in developing and coaching people. Also, you have strong communication skills and can clearly get a message across both with employees and stakeholders.
Your profile:
• Several years of leading experience, preferably as a line manager for a larger group of specialists
• Experience from system integrations, as an application consultant or other technical/software work in projects with client facing responsibility
• Interest and knowledge in software development and programming
• Coding skills (preferably Java, JSP or C#)
• Experience in HTML is an advantage
• Degree in computer science, system sciences or similar technical education
• Fluent in Swedish and English
