The opportunity
As a head of internal communications in the Nordics, you are part of the Nordic Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team and you carry out communication tasks of a strategic as well as an operational nature. You will head up a team of internal communications advisors and storytellers across the Nordics (Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark).

Most of your tasks will be related to internal communication support for management and priority programs. At EY, we have a 360 view of communication, which means a very close collaboration within the communications team that is organized as an agile Newsdesk setup. This means that you will work close with external Communications and support with your expertise within employer branding and public relations.

Your key responsibilities
You will initiate and drive internal communication activities and keep our 8000 highly skilled people across the Nordics informed and aligned with our purpose to Build a better working world. Internal communication support for management and priority programs is high on your agenda. The role involves collaborating with key internal stakeholders such as regional and local leadership and program leaders in communication projects such as internal people initiatives, organizational changes, sustainability reports and programs such as th CSR program EY Ripples. You will also work with our global organization to deploy international projects and initiatives locally,

You will also assist the Swedish organization with communication advice and support, and you will also apply your writing and editing skills in other types of content and projects of an internal nature such as scripts, speeches, change programs, etc.

Skills and attributes for success
You are an experienced communicator with excellent language skills in Swedish and English
You are a great and efficient writer, with a keen eye for details
You understand how to get key messages across to target audiences
You are structured and a good organizer
You are an experienced project manager with the ability to manage multiple projects
You have a good ability to build trust
You are a team player and have inclusive leadership skills


To qualify for the role you must have
Master or higher degree of relevance
Proven track record within corporate communications
Swedish and English fluently, both written and oral
