Aimo Park also has a daughter company for car sharing, Aimo Solutions.

About the role
As our Head of Internal Solutions and Development, you’ll lead a team of seven product owners and manage the solution and application architecture at Aimo Park. The tasks involve defining, developing and managing the product ownership and translating business needs into technical solutions. Using agile methods, you’ll play a vital role in solving architectural problems as well as implementing process improvements within the group’s way of working.
IT service development is done by cross-functional agile product teams, responsible for the full life cycle of their respective products - from identifying business requirements, design, development, quality assurance, deployment, launch to operations. Internal Solutions and Development’s primary stakeholders include finance, HR, customer service, support, sales, management and employees in general.
It is an exciting time to join Aimo Park, as we’re in the middle of a transitional journey where we exchange our whole ecosystem of IT products. Our new internal solutions landscape include Netsuite, Saleforce, Optimizely, QlickSense, AWS, Quinyx, various collaboration tools and more. This role is will include some administration and we therefore believe that you prefer a variation in your work tasks. You’ll become a part of our Nordic IT management group and report directly to the CTO.
About you
As we’re looking for an experienced team lead, you’ll need to have proven leadership skills and deep tech knowledge to fully understand our business’ needs and challenges. You are confident in coaching and managing different types of people with varying challenges in their assignments, i.e. supporting the product owners with validating and implementing applications. This means that you’ll need to have a technical depth and experience from building projects from scratch, probably from working as a Product Owner, Team Lead and/or System Developer.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to possess excellent communication as well as interpersonal skills, as you’ll be the bridge between different stakeholders, both internally and externally, i.e. customers and suppliers. You’re an experienced problem solver who knows where to start looking when facing a problem. Prestigeless, focused and helpful are some of the words that describe you.
