BlueStep Bank is a dedicated and solution-oriented specialist lender that offers mortgages in Sweden and Norway, as well as personal loans in Sweden. The goal is to be the preferred and number one choice for those who have difficulties obtaining a loan in a traditional bank. BlueStep’s focus is to provide loans to people in order to improve and change their life situation and thereby successfully manage their finances in a sustainable way going forward.
BlueStep has been offering mortgage loans to customers in Sweden since 2005 and in Norway since 2010. Personal loans were launched during 2011 as a complement to the mortgage business in Sweden. BlueStep has grown relatively fast and steady in Sweden and Norway since launch and is, with over 20 000 mortgage customers, the leading specialist mortgage lender in these countries. BlueStep is also, outside of the traditional banks, a large provider of savings accounts to the public, both in Sweden and Norway. BlueStep is under the supervision of the Swedish FSA, has been a Credit Markets Company since 2007 and received a banking license in October 2016. BlueStep was acquired by EQT VII in 2017.
The ambition is for Bluestep to continue a strong growth trajectory, with objectives including:

About the position, Head of Investor Relations
To achieve the above objectives and prepare for a potential future IPO, your responsibility is to build and develop Investor Relations. You will report to the CFO.
Main responsibilities
• Build and develop an IR function
• Develop and produce the framework and strategic content of annual- and interim reports
• Manage press releases and other public communication
• Lead sustainability (CSR) work
• Develop and manage IR-content and disclosure on the corporate website
• Develop and prepare various presentation material
• Collaborate with the Marketing team in certain external communication
• Manage relations with analysts, investors and other external parties, in collaboration with Treasury and the CFO
• Collaborate with the main owner, Board of Directors, CEO, Finance, Treasury, Marketing, Legal, Compliance etc. in the development of strategic communication and execution of the IR-program
Education/experience
• University degree and a minimum of 5 years professional experience in Investor Relations, preferably in the financial industry
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken
• Fluency in Norwegian is a benefit
