Job Description:

The Head of IT Operations is responsible for a robust, controlled and managed delivery of all ongoing IT services to the business. This includes application, data center and platform operations as well as service desk and workplace support. Moreover the role owns the Service Delivery Model. This includes defining and managing the delivery model, as well as running and optimizing the services through the PostNord multi sourcing environment.??

Objectives:
- Ensure successful ongoing delivery of key Services (applications, infrastructure and platform components).
- Minimize disruption of key services.
- Own and secureefficientoperations of key delivery processes (currently ITIL-based Service Model).
- Provide operational supplier management.

Scope and Responsibilities
- Responsible for running, optimizing and supporting (SLA based) services within the IT domain in a cost effective manner.
- Provides BIS Service Ownership for Infrastructure and platform Solutions (including SAP delivery).?
- Provides Operational Service and Supplier management for outsourced services.
- Ensures design and integration of ITIL based processes across internal and external delivery groups.
- Ensures introduction of new and modified services in a planned, controlled and timely manner.
- Manage key measurements and reporting such as SLA,OLA, KPI and process compliance.
- Accountability for BIS Infrastructure roadmap and project.
- Accountability for the Integration platform and delivery.
- Operationally responsible for IT security.
- Accountability for end user services such as Service Desk, Workplace, Collaboration.
- Operational support for finance (allocation and internal invoicing).

The Head of IT Operations is expected to develop and manage strategic internal competencies necessary for the department and operationally manage supplier and vendor activities. In full operations the role is expected to be in control of approximately 75-110 staff.

Qualifications
- +10 years of increasingly responsible experience in management position
- University degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or related discipline
- + 8 years of experience from IT operations in application and infrastructure
- +5 years of experience in contract & vendor management
- Expertise from IT process best practices such as ITIL service management and COBIT.
- Proven track record in successful coordination of large scale application and infrastructure environments and managing large scale multi-outsourcing,
- Proven leadership and change management experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, relationship building and communication capabilities,
- Structured analysis and execution strength, ability to act proactive, result-oriented,
- Experience in leading people across geographies,
- Strong written, oral, and presentation skills,
- Fluent in English and one of Danish/Swedish.
