YOU WILL

In this role you lead and manage the operations part of Cabonline IT organization consisting of 4 teams responsible for EUC, infrastructure and IT support. You will also together with the IT leadership team, define, implement, and develop the Group's IT strategy and IT security policy in line with the business strategy.

You will work with external suppliers and be responsible for procurement and framework agreements in the terms of software licenses, IT policies, IT standards and management of budgets as well as ownership of assets and licensing.

YOU ARE

You have several years of leadership experience in IT Management and/or IT Infrastructure and operations. Your team is a multicultural team of IT Professionals that you will lead, coach and develop forward. We see that you have strong communicative skills where you can present highly technical issues to both technical and non-technical personnel at all levels in the organization. ITIL processes, IT Service management and IT strategy is somethings you work with daily.

You are used to work with planning, organizing, resource management and managing IT Serviceorganizations.

Preferably you have a university degree in IT, engineering, systems science or similar

- Networking, such as Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki
- SD-Wan
- Advanced datacenter operations
