Head of IT Operations – Mathem

Job description

Your responsibility is all IT operations for on-prem systems, networks, client platform and other IT equipment for MatHem's offices and production facilities in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö.

Responsibilities
The daily work includes:


Resource planning; lead and manage the staff within the IT support organizations, currently a team of 12-15, and ensure that they act service mindedly strategically with regard to assisting the stakeholders with IT support.
Define, implement and develop the Group's IT strategy in line with the business strategy 
Define and implement an IT security policy that meets the requirements of the business
Support the businesses need for IT solutions - ensure the standardization of IT platforms and services
Ensuring a proactive, modern and forward leaning approach, fully exploring the opportunities with the rapidly evolving IT technologies
Continuously work with external suppliers and be responsible for procurement and framework agreements in the terms of software licenses, IT policies, IT standards and management of budgets
You report to the Chief Technical Officer


Qualifications
You will need experience as a senior IT leader with +4 years' experience from managing an IT operation. Used to driving change and have experience and/or interest of implementing IT transformation in growth driven companies. 
You have a proven record of accomplishment of leading and managing a cost-efficient IT support and maintenance organization to meet business expectations. Your educational background consists of a university bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or business administration. Master's degree in either of these fields or of Master of business administration with technology is preferred. You are fluent in Swedish and English both in written and verbally.
