About the job
In this position, you act in close collaboration with our different division’s IT management teams as you review, adjust and follow up on SMS’ IT strategy and execution roadmaps. You coach our divisions to set and execute on their IT strategic agendas and enterprise architecture roadmaps, and you manage dependencies across SMS and risks connected to the IT strategy. You also chair the business area’s Enterprise Architecture team. Being in this position gives you an important and exciting role where you align our digital transformation to our goals and strategies.

You report to Vice President and CIO SMS. International travel is a natural part of the job. Preferably you’ll be based in Stockholm or Sandviken, Sweden, though there is an opportunity for a globally flexible location for the right candidate.


About you
You have an excellent ability to convey enthusiasm and to build trust in your surroundings. Getting others on board the journey towards development is not an issue for you. With your excellent leadership skills and multi-cultural awareness, you manage stakeholders and employees all over the world, and you’re well prepared for leading our digital transformation.


Naturally, you have a proven track record of driving business change enabled by digital technologies, and it’s beneficial if you’re experienced in Enterprise Architecture. As you work in an international setting with many global contacts, your communication skills in English must be advanced, both verbally and in writing. Swedish is a plus.
