As Head of IT/OT Operations, you will drive our manufacturing digital transformation, challenging the status quo to improve efficiency and profitability for our Gas Services Distributed organization. Collaborating closely with our global teams you will ensure quality execution of service operations, harmonization of processes, and provide strategic thought leadership.

What You Bring 
* Proven experience in managing a global team supporting both IT and OT

* Solid knowledge of IT and OT systems, including ERP, MES, SCADA, and PLCs
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven ability to continuously improve Service Levels

* Knowledge of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.
* Experience with IT/OT transformation and digitalization projects.
* Leadership and organizational skills
* Understanding of IT/OT Security

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.

 

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
