We are looking for our new Head of Lab Site Operations!
Are you up for a new exciting opportunity?
BNEW SAN Lab Operations is a unit in Business Area Networks. The purpose of Lab Operations is to provide world class lab infrastructure, networks and HW Services to the R&D organizations.
We provide engineering IT and test environments supporting to more than 23 000 R&D engineers, we operate ~52000 square meters of labs in ~18 cities. We work continuously to drive operational efficiency and technology leadership within our area and are now evolving our organization. We are therefore posting new positions in our new Leadership Team.
As Head of Lab Site Operations, you are responsible for all Lab Site operations organizations across the globe. You will be reporting to the SAN SA Head of Lab Operations and be a member of Lab Operations Leadership Team.

Responsibilities:
• Ensuring efficient and effective delivery of Building and Facilities infrastructure
• Ensuring lab operation stability and security
• Ensuring efficient and effective deliveries of Hardware installation services, operations and support
• Driver of strategic, tactical and operational work and targets
• Coaching and development of staff capabilities
• Leading change
• Ensuring delivery quality
• OHS responsibility
• Site Crisis Management
• Financial accountable for organization
Experience of leading global team is required. You are agile, dynamic and result focused leader who empower others to achieve the objectives. As a leader in our organization we expect you to be cooperative, transparent, user oriented and drive our business towards success.
To be successful in the role, you should have:
• Experience of working in an international operation as leader.
• Experience of working in an ITIL structured organization
• Experience from working within a service organization
• Knowledge in IT products, solutions and Network architecture
• Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
• Excellent English language skills

The position is located in Sweden, preferred location is Stockholm.
