Head of Leadership Academy and Strategic Capabilities
The mission of the SKF Leadership Academy is to accelerate leadership development for SKF globally and to be the center of excellence for the leadership development. The primary purpose of this role is to advance the vision and execution of leadership development as well as strategic capabilities development, enabling the achievement of strategic goals of SKF. The ideal candidate is a mature and collaborative leader with high energy who has experience working with leaders at all levels, and a proven record of building a progressive leadership development strategy.
Your responsibilities
• Consult with business leaders to understand their leadership development needs for input and the appropriate sponsorship, engagement and alignment
• Be a trusted advisor to the business by building the necessary relationship to influence the leadership experience exposure
• Architect and execute leadership development offerings to drive leadership growth and accountability across the organization
• Design, build, and ensure delivery of focused development content and curriculum for leaders
• Facilitate leadership programs and conduct individual coaching or consultations with senior leader participants
• Track and drive measures of success/impact such as: business results, enhanced leadership pipeline, retention and new behaviors clearly demonstrated
• Running a leadership COE community globally, connecting leadership practitioners through agile way to create value
• Leverage multiple delivery methods (Integrated Learning and Training (ILT), virtual ILT, video, online, social learning etc.) to ensure leadership development is accessible when most needed
• Actively connect with the talent market, share trends, challenges, opportunities which impact the leadership development and strategic capabilities development
We expect you to have/be
Requirements
• 10 years working experience in leadership or business HR related field
• Extensive knowledge of Adult Learning, Instructional Strategies and Learning Assessments
• Experience in the leadership development field with a natural curiosity for leveraging leading edge practices across multiple fields and industries
• Demonstrated ability and experience to translate business strategies into critical talent & workforce strategies/initiatives
• Ability and experience to establish strong presence with leaders at all levels
• Extensive experience in the facilitation of leadership development programs and courses in multiple modalities
• Ability and experience in executing on multiple projects with extensive detail coordination and program management
• Ability and experience in navigating horizontally in the organization and create collaborative, cross-functional solution
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English.

• University degree in related field
