You`ll be part of a mighty and purpose led team committed to "Better the people, to better the business": Group Function Talent Management within the Global People Function. As the head of Leadership and Culture you`ll lead an enterprise-wide leadership transformation, based on clearly defined and shared standards of behavior that all leaders are held accountable and recognized for. This will in turn build an inclusive environment where psychological safety champions willingness and engagement. You will
Design and lead the enterprise-wide agenda for cultural transformation and change management program
Strategic design of the corporate development portfolio across all leadership layers (Executive, People Managers, NextGen leaders)
Implementing a holistic, inclusive and engaging approach to people policy and culture development
Establish assessment solutions ensuring successful appointments in key positions/layers
Design and execute employee engagement programs (design, measurement, analysis, solutions etc.)
To be successful in the role you must have
A relevant university degree
Excellent people leadership skills including mentoring, strategic goal setting, support and development of people
Experience leading teams of specialists in the strategic development of culture work and leadership development
The following leadership competencies: Master Strategy, Business Acumen, Courageous Leadership, Competence Drive
Capable of establishing credibility and rapport with a broad range of senior parties
A systemic and structured way of working, with an enterprise-wide perspective
Broad harmonizer of initiatives beyond the people function
Experience in culture transformation and change and program management
Employee Engagement and Organizational Development
Leadership Enablement and Development – experience with design, development and execution (executive development, high potential leaders - NextGen, Alumni, Assessments)
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
Ability to demonstrate ethical and responsible business practices
Experience of working with the executive teams
Excellent influencing and storyteller communicator-engager skills!
