Head of Leasing & Hire

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Lead the new organization Leasing & Hire of 150+ individuals that are responsible for operating and maintaining the leasing products for private and corporate customers.
- Be a part of the management team of Group Lending that is responsible for Swedbank’s lending products in all our four home markets. The responsibility includes both the development and the management of the products, as well as the lending processes.
- Be a leader who builds trust, inspires people and shows courage
- Actively manage the products in the portfolio with new products and refining current product portfolio.
- Ensure development and maintenance of the infrastructure in the leasing area to deliver secure, appropriate and reliable IT services.
- Develop the market leading fleet management offering of AutoPlan.


What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one
- Demonstrated experience from the leasing area
- Understanding in cross-functional managing of products, operations and IT
- Experience of managing managers
