About the role

We're looking for a Senior Legal Counsel who enjoys problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in providing guidance and support to all areas of the company, contributing to decisions that impact Netigate on a strategic and operational level. You will report to our CFO and work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams across the organization.

At Netigate you will

- Provide support across the whole business on a range of legal issues relevant to a high-growth, innovative, scale-up business within experience management.
- Understanding of commercial contract negotiations including DPAs, SLAs and service terms
- Be a key partner in driving buy and build strategies through M&A’s
- Assess and advise on the business impact of new and evolving legal and regulatory requirements in a SaaS environment


We believe you have

- A master’s degree in law (LLM or equivalent) and have at least four years’ work experience from a reputable business law firm or within a corporate in-house legal organization, preferably dealing with financial services.
- A can-do mentality and the right attitude to get things done.
- Excited by working in a fast-paced, high-pressure, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to demonstrate sound legal and business judgment, even in ambiguous situations.
- Ability to work independently and also contribute successfully to cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational skills, and an ability to manage multiple projects at once, to meet deadlines
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
