Head of Lending Process Development

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Lead Lending Process Development in the new organization Lending Process & Infrastructure that is a subdivision of Group Lending (GL). GL is responsible for Swedbank’s lending products in all our four home markets. The responsibility includes both the development and the management of the products, as well as the lending processes.
- Manage a team of 13 employees
- Be a leader who builds trust, inspires people and shows courage.
- Be a part of the management team of Lending Process & Infrastructure
- Ensure development and maintenance of the common infrastructure in the Lending area to deliver secure, appropriate and reliable IT services.
- Automate lending processes and modernize legacy lending infrastructure.
- Support Business Areas, Credit Department and Risk Control and lead the way toward a joint transformation of the lending process


What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one
- Demonstrated experience from the lending area
- Understanding in cross-functional managing products, processes, and IT
- Managerial experience
