Head of Load out Solutions, Lund

The company is set-up to accelerate the commercialization of Volvo CE’s offering of load out solutions, expand the offering and speed up sales. The business entity will operate like a startup company with a small entrepreneurial and autonomous team that can react swiftly to market, and customer demands as well as new ways of working.

Our objective:

Building a company with positive earnings developing, selling, and distributing services.
Driving digitalization in material logistics to support efficient and sustainable businesses at our customers in the construction industry.


The role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial soul who is multiskilled and is intrigued by closing deals as well as motivating employees and if needed, changing the paper in the printer! We seek a passionate and engaged leader willing to roll up their sleeves and get to work. We are growing an emerging company and are looking for the person that will be the new Head of Global Load Out Solutions.

Main responsibilities

Global Load Out Solutions focuses on accelerating the commercialization of one of our innovations within the material logistics flow and we are looking for you who can take this solution to the next level of growth and value creation by building and enriching relationships with new and existing customers. The position is at headquarter in Lund and to your help you have a highly motivated team of 8.

You will be given the total responsibility of an unpolished diamond. We believe you are curious and motivated to shape and lead a small and agile team where trying and learning is part of the DNA and an innovative mindset is part of the day-to-day business. You are motivated by the entrepreneurial scope of responsibility and bringing new solutions to life. You are prestige less and get motivated by driving change and creating new value for customers in a mature but transforming industry.

Your profile

We believe you have Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance or Engineering .

To flourish in this role and grow the business we believe you have experience from:

    Selling and developing services and solutions preferably in an industry with learnings applicable to transport and logistic
    Administrative, operational, tactical as well strategical work
   Setting your own goals and reaching them
    Starting something from zero and valuing learning from a failure
    Influencing, motivating and inspiring businesses and consumers across the globe
    Scaling commercial growth


To be successful in the role you need commercial and leadership skills and the ability to build fruitful collaborations and to connect people. Furthermore, we believe you are persistent, resilient and have the ability to navigate within a large and more traditional corporate environment. You are able to step out and act outside of your comfort zone.
